The Domain Name(s) subject to this agreement are being sold, transferred and assigned AS IS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WHATSOEVER, including in particular any warranty that your use of the Domain Name(s) is(are) shall be free of any conflict or violation of third party intellectual property rights or any other third party legal rights.

All transactions will be processed by escrow.com to ensure safe and secure change of ownership.

To secure the safe transfer of ownership of our domains the Buyer must open up an account at Go Daddy for us to transfer any purchased domains. Transfers away to another registrar will be denied.
